sacred

ceremony – marking and integrating significant life transitions

This is about creating meaningful, heart full experiences.
Be it honouring a life transition or designing/guiding a rite of passage ritual.

Ceremony has structure to it and the structure is a guide to move each person into the next step in such a way that it feels normal, natural; as if they were already intuitively going there themselves.

Working with Tina in a collaboration to create a ceremony meaningful to your circumstances can be the difference between it being a grounded, embodied experience and feeling like some ‘mumbo-jumbo’.

Ritualised elements seek to honour.
Ceremony seeks to celebrate through witnessing.
Ceremony with ritual elements can be an opening to a knowing that is transpersonal as well as personal. Such experiences nourish and enrich aliveness.

Have you some ideas you’d like to explore?  Some moment to mark in a meaningful, joyful way? Why not email Tina with convenient times for you to visit and explore what’s possible over a cuppa or talk on the phone? You might be surprised how easeful it is to bring the beauty of ceremony into yours and others lives.

Are you ready to be nourished and enriched through ceremony?

In beauty I walk
With beauty before me I walk
With beauty behind me I walk
With beauty above me I walk
With beauty around me I walk
It has become beauty again
It has become beauty again
It has become beauty again
It has become beauty again

A retreat to stillness on your doorstep. Honouring the sacred within …and beyond, this ½ day retreat is where Time Out is really about Time In.

Be smudged into sacred space with burning sage or the tibetan singing bowl
Sit in circle together to gather mindful ways.
Walk the labyrinth to experience what’s ready to be known.
Reflection in the spaciousness of noble silence with access to Nature, drawing and journaling materials, sometimes to clay or beads and quietude.
And finally coming back together to share and prepare for the return to the ‘chop wood-carry water’ of the street in a relaxed manner.

A half day retreat is a gift that keeps giving. Come to the secret garden and fill yourself up so that you can keep giving to others.

Learning how to ‘come into relationship’ with and trust your own embodied wisdom and from this place better choices seem to flow.

“Maturing as a practitioner, I still have wonderful paints and chalks, sand and clay at the ready however what shows up as deeply nourishing is the therapeutic relationship we build. A space confidential, safe and non-judging allows you to come to trust yourself and so ‘be’ with me (rather than trying to hold it all together), ‘be’ with what arises (without debilitating shame and guilt) and breathe before judging (the space of grace).

It is a person (you) centred and transpersonal way to work together. I am in therapeia – being with you on your journey, witnessing your journey with no intention to judge or diagnose. A reflective guide, a second set of eyes trained and matured in the art of witnessing, observation and human relationship. I listen deeply, in order to travel with you as you traverse a section of your path”

Some people I’ve worked with describe my role as holding a lantern to illuminate their path so they can take their next steps.

My passion and training lies in our rites of passage to maturity, providing clarity for what’s next. Beyond that, the exploration of Near Death experiences and how they might offer life changing perspectives.”
